Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) are used to check the safety, operation and compliance of an electrical system.
Over time some electrical systems degrade from general use. Some develop minor issues, such as damaged lights & sockets, while others are a more dangerous risk such as loose connections can cause heat risks.
As an NIC EIC Contractor, JE Technical can carry out full inspections, while minimising disruption to your premises. Once the inspection is completed you will be given a full report. If there is any remedial work required, we will discuss this with you and work with you to ensure your premise is completely safe.
Inspection & Testing
How often should a commercial EICR should be carried out?
Depending on premises:
Commercial installations, including schools, offices and retail units: at a change of occupancy OR every 5 years (whichever is soonest)
Industrial Installations: every 2-3 years
