Case Study: 5 Year Electrical Installation Condition Report

JE Technical successfully completed an NIC EIC Electrical Installation Condition Report for Wychavon District Council Offices in Pershore.

Our team of 18th Edition Qualified Electrical Engineers delivered expert certification, which was then reviewed and finalised by our NIC EIC Approved Qualifying Supervisors.

To minimise disruption, our engineers demonstrated expert initiative and communication, liaising with Council staff while conducting testing and inspections in occupied areas. For areas that proved difficult to gain access, we worked out-of-hours to precisely meet the needs and schedules of the Wychavon District Council team.

We delivered a full photographic report alongside the official certification, offering a clear visual understanding of the extent and location of any defects. A new distribution board schedule was installed at the main electrical income position to improve the Council's understanding of the installation.
